Shipping & Delivery

We ship Lumenglower stained glass art to the United States and selected international destinations. Each piece is inspected and repacked in protective foam before shipment.

Ready-stock items

Ready-stock designs generally require approximately 5–10 business days for sourcing, quality inspection, protective repacking, and dispatch.

Original made-to-order items

Products marked Made to Order are handcrafted after your order is placed. Production normally takes 1–5 weeks before shipment. The estimated production time is also shown on each applicable product page.

Estimated transit time to the United States

After dispatch, carrier transit to the United States is typically 4–8 business days. Customs, weather, holidays, and remote destinations may cause additional delays.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed when your parcel has been accepted by the carrier.

Protective glass packaging

Our glass pieces are secured with protective foam inside a sturdy gift-ready box. Please keep all inner and outer packaging until you have inspected your order.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the artwork, protective packaging, and shipping box. We will review the issue promptly and help make it right.
